Total Nigeria Plc has announced a proposed dividend of N7.00 per share. According to a statement sent to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and signed by Bunmi Popoola-Mordi, the company’s general manager, human resource /company secretary, The qualification date for the dividend participation is 14th April, 2017, while closure date is 17th- 21th April, 2017, the payment date is 12th June, 2017.
The company’s annual general meeting comes up on June 9, 2017 at the Grand Banquet Hall of the Civic Center, in Victoria Island, Lagos.
