DHL Global Forwarding Nigeria Limited taps staff focus and customer satisfaction as key drivers of its supply chain growth in the logistics industry.

The leading logistics firm is reacting to an award for ‘Reliability in Freight and Logistics’ given to it by the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the weekend.

Frankie reassured the customers of DHL’s commitment to total satisfaction in all aspects of logistics supply chain requirements.

In a statement, the organisers said DHL Global Forwarding was chosen after a painstaking selection process from hundreds of entries received for this category of award backed by feedbacks from market intelligence and LCCI research.

DHL Global Forwarding Nigeria Limited is part of theDeutsche Post DHL worldwide logistics group. The Group generated revenues of more than 56 billion Euros in 2014. In Nigeria, DHL Global Forwarding has been operating since 2005 and is a major player in the ocean and air freight logistics sector, supporting Nigerian business customers with expertise in freight forwarding, warehousing and the distribution aspects of logistics supply chain management, internationally and locally.

“But in spite of this, Nigerian entrepreneurs have remained undeterred and irrepressible. This is a spirit that all countries wish to have. Investors that have remained resolute deserve to be celebrated,” he said.
