Insurance giant, Custodian and Allied Plc, has appointed Omobola Johnson as its new chairperson.
This follows the approval of the resignation of Michael Ade Ojo as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
Omobola Johnson holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Manchester, an Msc in Digital Electronics from Kings College/ Chelsea College, University of London as well as a Doctor of Business Administration from Canfield University, United Kingdom.
She is the founding Chairperson and a member of the Board of Trustees of Women in Management and Business. She joined Accenture in 1985.
