Ardova relaunches three retail stations to expand services

In a bid to improve service delivery and expand customer access to its products and services, Ardova Plc has relaunched three retail stations.

The outlets are situated at Alapere, Admiralty Way Lekki, and Shomolu areas in Lagos. The relaunch also commemorated the company’s annual Ten Days of Ramadan campaign to celebrate Muslim faithful across the country.

Speaking on the relaunch, Arinola Shobande, brands and communications manager of Ardova Plc, said that the company’s customers are core to its business and success, citing that it is a delight to celebrate them and make efforts to bond.

“We are poised to support individuals and small businesses in various communities while staying committed to customer-centric delivery services across our retail stations.”

The Ramadan campaign held in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, and Ibadan involves visitations across selected retail outlets by Ardova officials to share food packs and gift items with customers at the forecourts and neighbouring communities.

According to the indigenous firm, it is also a platform for customers to interact with officials about their experiences and how the company can serve them better.

The relaunched Ardova facilities provide sales for petrol, diesel, kerosene, and liquefied natural gas, as well as stand for Shell Helix products on its forecourts. There is also Ardova’s auto care concierge, Vehicon, to fix auto challenges for customers.

Also speaking in Ibadan at one of the visitations, Gafar Awoniyi, one of the beneficiaries, said, “I am grateful to Ardova for this kind gesture in celebration of the last days of Ramadan.

“I have been a customer of Ardova for a while, and the services have been awesome. I appreciate the team for the gifts and look forward to greater experiences,’’ said Awoniyi.

Ardova operates an extensive network of more than 500 retail stations across the country after its acquisition of a 100 percent stake in Enyo.
