Stakeholders in arts, real estate, and interior design will gather in Lagos at the FREIA (Fusion of Real Estate, Interior Design and Art) on December 8, 2017, in an event organised by Luxury Villas Group.
According to a statement from the organiser, the event is set as a platform to explore potential opportunities that exist in merging specific interests of players in real estate, art and design market in Africa.
Participants at the event will include art enthusiasts, real estate developers, design specialists and global investors from across the African continent and beyond.
The participants and attendees would be opportune to explore business connections, networking opportunities and outright sales of art pieces and real estate.
The statement also noted that FREIA would be a hub for professionals and enlightened persons wanting to grasp a glimpse of the luxury architecture, real estate, interior design and arts.
“FREIA will open up channels of collaboration in Africa’s luxury real estate, design and art industries and encourage growth through sustainable and strategic partnerships,” Tommy Odama, founder of Luxury Villas Group and convener of the event, said.
The event will also feature a carefully curated exhibition by renowned artists and architects as well as the official launch of Villas and Leisure Magazine, a publication that showcases global trends in real estate, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality and travel.
Industry analysts have predicted a possible rise in luxury real estate, attributable primarily to the influence of major collaborations between the realtors, interior designers and artists who bring with them a fresh dynamism to the growth of the Nigerian property market.
