President Muhammadu Buhari is presenting the N13.08 trillion budget estimate for the 2021 financial year to a joint session of the National Assembly.
Buhari who arrived at the National Assembly Complex at 11: 05 am started addressing the Federal legislature after opening address by the President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan.
