Nigeria and Italy would soon conclude negotiations on a Prisoners Transfer Agreement (PTA) to facilitate the return of over 700 Nigerian prisoners serving in various prisons across Italy, Fulvius Rusticu, the Italian Ambassador to Nigeria, said  on Thursday in Abuja.
