Binani Air has officially opened ticket sales ahead of its inaugural flight, marking a major milestone in its entry into Nigeria’s aviation industry.

The airline announced that ticket bookings commenced at 12 noon on Monday, May 4, 2026, as it prepares for its maiden flight scheduled for May 10, 2026. The development was disclosed in a statement signed by Arit Effanga, Head of Corporate Communications at Binani Air, on Saturday.

Speaking on the announcement, Aminatu Dahiru Chiroma, Chief Executive Officer of Binani Air, described the launch of ticket sales as a defining moment for the airline, signaling its readiness to begin operations and serve the travelling public.

“Opening our ticket sales is a defining moment for us. It is the point at which our commitment becomes real for the travelling public. From this moment, we are not just preparing to fly, we are preparing to serve,” she said.

Chiroma noted that the airline is positioning itself to deliver a new standard of air travel in Nigeria, anchored on reliability, safety, and respect for passengers’ time.

According to the statement, Binani Air aims to provide a seamless and reassuring travel experience, particularly in a sector where building and sustaining passenger trust remains critical.

As anticipation builds toward the inaugural flight, the airline called on travellers, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to be part of its entry into the market, expressing optimism about redefining customer expectations in the aviation space.
