How to apply for immigration, civil defence, others recruitment exercise in 5 steps

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has opened its portal for the recruitment of candidates into any of the four paramilitary services. The application, which was opened on Monday, July 14, 2025, will close on August 4, 2025.

Eligibility: Nigerian by birth, 18–35 years, minimum height of 1.65m (male) or 1.60m (female), physically and mentally fit, with no criminal record.

Required documents: Birth certificate, NIN slip, indigene letter, and school certificates

Choose the paramilitary service you’re applying for.

Select your highest educational qualification.

Browse available job openings.

Proceed to fill out the application form.

2. Provide identification details

Enter your valid National Identification Number (NIN).

Input your phone number for verification and contact purposes.

3. Fill in personal information and upload documents

Input your personal details accurately.

Upload necessary documents (JPEG/PNG, max 100KB per file), including:

Birth certificate

NIN slip

Indigene letter

School certificates

4. Add Educational Background

Fill in your academic history.

Upload all relevant certificates (JPEG/PNG, max 100KB per file).
