Advans La Fayette Microfinance Bank has announced the appointment of Elvis Oheneba as the acting managing director/CEO. The appointment marks the first time an African has assumed this leadership role within the Nigerian entity of the Advans Group, reinforcing our commitment to nurturing talent and driving excellence from within.

Elvis, a seasoned executive with over 15 years in the Advans network, brings a wealth of strategic insight, operational expertise, and visionary leadership.

He began his journey with Advans La Fayette in 2012 as a Branch Manager and has since held several pivotal positions, including Chief Business Strategy Officer and Head of Network Operations. In 2023, he was appointed Deputy CEO and has since championed transformative initiatives that have strengthened our position as a leading microfinance institution.
