Selestine Gervas Kakele, the Tanzania High Commissioner to Nigeria has announced a plan to establish seamless flight between the two countries to promote trade and businesses.

The High Commissioner revealed that they are on the final stage of planning, while the flight is to commence operations within this year.

A statement to the media, noted that Kakele said this at the three days exhibition of food and beverage in West Africa for over 6,000 visitors and 300 participants in Nigeria.

Kakele called for more trading and economic cooperation between Nigeria and Tanzania for the benefits of both nations.

Kakele pointed out that it was imperative that Tanzanians leverage the importance of the West African market for trade, especially Nigeria, due to the opportunity of its large population and economic potential.

The statement stated that the Tanzania High Commission didn’t just participate as an organisation from the region, it also promoted varieties of products made in Tanzania at the event.

In the same vein, he urged Tanzanians to participate in various exhibitions in Nigeria towards promoting products produced in Tanzania.
