Consistent with its goal to be a market leader in every sector it operates, African Capital Alliance (ACA) is set to redefine the Lagos office space market with its upcoming headquarter, branded Alliance Palace.

The office building is situated on Alfred Rewane Road (formerly Kingsway Road), Ikoyi, Lagos.

Leveraging complementary property development skills and an impressive track record, the developer – Edimara Properties Limited, a joint venture between ACA and Samges Investments Limited – says it will excite the Lagos office space market by delivering a truly international, environment-friendly office building.

Alliance Place will be built on 12 levels and will employ green and sustainable development features. It will boast smart technology in its building management systems and services at relatively low occupancy costs to its tenants. A high performance glass curtain wall and contemporary interior finishes will be provided for ease of maintenance. High level user-friendly security and access control systems will be given top priority for tenants and visitors.

Finally, a circular traffic management system will enhance safety and accessibility to and within the building, which has a four-floor car park. The project is expected to be delivered by November 2016, and one-third of the office space has already been committed to tenants.

ACA is a leading independent private equity firm investing across the West African region. It is a pioneer within the region with over $1 billion in assets under management and an enduring track record of strong performance. The project is being executed by a distinguished team of consultants: Greenhouse Inc. Limited and EQ3 (Project Managers), Ngonyama Okpanum & Associates (Architects), Arup (Civil & Structural Engineers), Kunle Ogunbayo Associates (Mechanical & Electrical Engineers), Natuhab (Project and Regulatory Consultants) and HOS Consult Limited (Quantity Surveyors).
