Talabi explains that due to their innovative building process, they  can assemble homes within a very short period of time,  giving clients the advantage of speed, quality and efficiency. “Our building system also gives our customers the unique advantage of being able to disassemble and reassemble their homes at any location they desire if the previous site is no longer wanted”, he says.

Talion offers different categories of homes including Standard Units which are predesigned models that adequately provide for all essential home needs at affordable costs. These units comprise The Manhattan—a one-bedroom and one-bath house that can accommodate four to nine people comfortably with  bath-room, kitchen, luxury cabinets and recreation/commerce porch.

The Chicago is a two-bedroom and one bath house type featuring full bathroom, kitchen, luxury cabinets, recreation/commerce porch while The Hollywood is a three-bedroom and three bath house featuring three bedroom; three bathroom, kitchen, cabinets, entertainment center and utility room.

The Houston is a four-bedroom and four-bath house that can accommodate nine adults per room. It has four bathrooms and a kitchen each; it is versatile and can be used as student hostel. The Houston has a master bedroom, three guest bedrooms and top quality appliances.

Another house type called  The Boston features semi-detached house  with four bedroom; dining and living area; balcony,  two-bedroom Boys Quarters,

The house type called The New York features detached house of five-bedroom, dining and living area balcony and four-bedroom Boys Quarters.

The Customized Units/Commercial Units are targeted at customers who may not like the company’s predesigned homes and so, if  the customer  wants something made to his exact specifications, to his own layout and design, the company can also do that using these units.

“You can choose every aspect of your house from roof style to the number of bedrooms and  the  type of lighting you want; some examples of commercial units we can build include Hotels, Student hostels, Government housing and Work force housing”, Talabi tells customers.

According to him, the prices for their homes depend on customer’s specific request, pointing out that “no two homes are the same (including the standard units); we can build any unit you require to your exact specifications and to match your exact budget; our goal is to give a top quality home that matches your fiancés. We also have payment plan options designed to fit your specific needs”.

Talion America Homes come with many benefits including high and durable homes at affordable prices;  homes are built to withstand severe weather conditions including hurricanes and tornadoes; homes can be completed within three months on site (all things being equal); they can be moved from their  present site to other locations on request.
