Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu is currently hosting the meeting of the Southwest Governors’ Forum at Lagos House, Alausa, Ikeja.

The six Southwest states of Ekiti, Lagos, Ondo, Ogun, Osun and Oyo are meeting in Lagos to brainstorm on issues of common interest to the geo-political zone.

In a videos posted on X by the senior special assistant on media to the governor on Monday, Sanwo-Olu was seen receiving his colleagues from other Southwest states as they arrived for the meeting.

Present at the meeting include Seyi Makinde (Oyo), Ademola Adeleke (Osun), Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), Lucky Aiyedatiwa (Ondo), and Biodun Oyebanji (Ekiti).

The agenda of the brainstorming meeting has not been made public at the time of filing this report.
