Remoteli, the Ghana-based tech talent startup, has secured a six-figure deal with Pathways, an organization dedicated to reshaping the culture of football and enhancing opportunities for young athletes.

This collaboration aims to bridge the gap between football and technology, offering a lifeline to players whose dreams may not materialise on the field.

Remoteli, known for revolutionising the employment landscape in Africa by connecting individuals with technology skills to global job opportunities, is expanding its mission to empower young footballers with tech expertise.

Through this strategic partnership with Pathways, Remoteli seeks to provide a pathway for footballers to develop valuable technology skills and access job opportunities beyond the confines of the football field.

The partnership include venture with footballer Jermie Frimpong and his Pathways Project. The collaboration aims to address crucial challenges in football, reshape the sport’s culture, and enhance players’ skills and workforce opportunities.

Also, Remoteli’s AI-powered software will play a pivotal role in matching organizations with footballers based on personality and organizational culture.
