As part of its strategy to deepen market penetration in the telecommunication space, Mitel Networks Limited, a truly global industry leader in communication and collaboration, recently launched the new Mitel, a product that harnesses the original and proud Mitel heritage and forge a strong business with one mission and one vision.

Emeonye Nwazota, general manager of Elpazio Limited the authorised Mitel Networks partner in Nigeria, while speaking on the significance of this new move, says the introduction of the new Mitel brand follows some strategic mergers and acquisitions, including the integration of four companies in just over a year.

Nwazota discloses that the Mitel Networks as represented in Nigeria by Elpazio accounts for a great percentage of PABXS in most big corporate and government offices in Nigeria, as well as most large international hotel chains.

According to him, “the new Mitel also comes with a new logo and other redefined brand elements, encapsulating a re-energised brand identity.”

He further notes that Elpazio, which also got restructured, transformed and rebranded recently from EIL Telecom Limited, is re-positioned for new and emerging opportunities in the industry and determined more than ever before, to aggressively push the new Mitel brand in the region.

Elpazio is a technology solutions provider to businesses and the hospitality industry, providing solutions including IP PABX, Contact Centre Solutions, Electronic Card Locks for hotels, IP TV, Hotel Call Accounting Software, Voicemail and Wakeup calls, structured cabling, specialised hotel phones, among others.
