Overland Airways, one of the leading domestic airlines in Nigeria, has announced the commencement of scheduled flight services from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja to the new Dutse International Airport, Dutse.

Michael Adeh, Overland Airways spokesman, said the airline will commence thrice weekly flights to Dutse from Abuja and return.

According to Edward Boyo, chief executive officer of Overland Airways, “the commencement of scheduled flights operations on the Abuja-Dutse-Abuja route in addition to the existing routes is part of Overland Airways’ objective to facilitate air transportation between the major cities of Nigeria.

Boyo congratulated the Jigawa State government for the vision to embark on and complete in record time the Jigawa Airport project, assuring that Overland Airways will serve the good people of Jigawa State efficiently.

“Overland Airways is committed to providing our customers with safe and outstanding service with excellent value for money,” he said.

Overland Airways operates scheduled domestic flight services within Nigeria called “Business Flyer” and has succeeded in bringing air transportation to many cities in Nigeria.

It currently flies to Abuja, Akure, Asaba, Bauchi, Ibadan, Ilorin, Lagos, and Minna and now Dutse.

Overland Airways is an airline company registered to operate charter and scheduled flights. It also offers charter air services to all the airports in Nigeria and across West and Central Africa.
