Leveraging global best practices in business growth outlines maiden customer experience summit

Amid the economic challenges that businesses go through in attracting and retaining customers, discussions that centre on customer insights to drive customer satisfaction, effective contact management operations will take centre stage at the maiden edition of Customer Experience (CX) West Africa Summit in Lagos.

The summit will congregate speakers, panellists to discuss exhaustively the power of Customer Experience Management as a tool for business growth leveraging different principles of customer experience.

Debbie Akwara, convener and founder, Neetch Company, Nigeria’s first boutique Customer Experience Management firm, says over 10 customer experience experts, business executives and business owners will be on hand to share business growth successes they have achieved by leveraging customer experience management.

Akwara, while speaking at a press conference in Lagos to announce the summit scheduled for July 12, 2019, with the theme: The Transformational Power of Customer Experience Management (CEM) In Business Growth said customer service/experience enthusiasts from financial services, telecommunications, logistics, hospitality, education, ICT, real estate, aviation, retail, fashion, e-commerce sectors will be attending.
She said workshops and discussions on how to create the right business and customer processes to grow a business would be addressed.

According to Akwara, a breakout session on how to manage customer feedback and use customer insights to drive customer satisfaction and retention as well as how to effectively manage contact centre operations to grow a business will be handled by professionals”.

Industry experts expected to form the panel of discussants will include Ijeoma Okeke, chief customer experience officer at SV Gaming ‘Betking’; Ubong Nkanta, Head customer experience management, Hygeia HMO; Mayowa Adebayo, chief marketing officer, Wakanow
