LASACO Assurance plc has elevated some of its workforce, reaffirming her commitment to human capital development towards achieving a strategic goal of increased productivity by boost staff morale.
Olusola Ladipo-Ajayi, group managing director, LASACO said the role of human capital development in the industry cannot be underestimated, so we are making huge investment in order to keep them abreast of global trends for efficiency and optimum performance.
The newly promoted staff who are 31 in number cuts across the company’s organizational structure includes Omoh Warrie, who was promoted from controller to Assistant General Manager; Jumoke Koleoso; Taiwo Adegbola, Abiola Aladejebi and Lawrence Oyedele all within senior manager cadre were elevated to controllers while others were promoted from one level to another.
“Human capital Development is our major area of focus and we are proud to recognize the contributions of the newly elevated to our collective success. Each will continue to aid in LASACO Assurance plc’s growth and increase market share” said Ladipo-Ajayi.
