The recent figures released for agricultural machines and tools sold in the country in 2017 by Systematic, an index company that track business performance across countries, shows that Dizengoff Case IH emerges as the top brand of tractors in Nigeria.

This is coming in addition to the best market share award the company had earlier won from CASE IH during its annual distributors conference in the African market.

“We feel very excited at these achievements coming within just a short while,” Antti Ritvonen, CEO, Dizengoff said while speaking about the company’s accomplishments so far.

“We brought Case IH into the Nigerian market just barely a year ago. For us to be so recognized means we have done well so far and I believe, this rating and award is something to be happy about.

“It shows that Case IH is well received in the market. It is also a testimony to its tested superior technology as well as its overall superiority in performance, reliability and efficiency including several other parameters that I believe demonstrates its overall suitability for the Nigerian environment,” Ritvonen said.

Also, Damisa Enahoro, commercial manager-tractor &implements, said that beyond the tractor, a key part of Dizengoff’s winning edge with Case IH in the market so far is its second to none after sales service support integral to its overall customer service delivery.

“Our achievements so far are just like a tonic to do more. Clearly there is huge opportunity in the Nigerian agric sector, but there are a lot of challenges as well. Our focus for the future is to play a more active role in the emerging trends that we see are evolving will resolve the limiting challenges that exists presently like finance, scale of operations and so on.

“So we will be working more closely with clusters and groups that have emerged to resolve these issues and so enable them to take advantage of our packages, our equipment and so be able to do more,” Enahoro said.
