Governor Aminu Masari of Katsina State has approved the appointment of heads for three state government-owned companies.

Mustapha Inuwa, the Secretary to the State Government, disclosed this in a statement made available to News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in Katsina.

He named the appointees to include Ahmed Ibrahim Karfi as the Managing Director of Katsina State Investment and Properties Development Company (KIPDECO).

Others are Babangida Mohammed Gafai, the General Manager, Katsina State Transport Authority (KSTA) and Abdu Abu Kofar-Soro as the General Manager of Katsina State Farmers Supply Company (FASCOM).

Inuwa said that the appointments were in recognition of the appointees’ record of service. It said all the appointments took immediate effect.
