Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State who leaves office tomorrow  has appointed four new permanent secretaries.
Those appointed are Anthony Okungbowa, Ministry of Justice; Kadiri Bashiru, Secretary, Nigeria Labour Congress; Y.A Imoudu, Chairman, Association of Secondary School Principals and Mrs Obosamwinye Obazee, Headmistress.
The new appointees were sworn in this afternoon at the old Exco Chambers, Government House, Benin City.
