NASD OTC approves trading of Air Liquide shares

NASD OTC plc said that the shares Air Liquide Plc have been approved to for admission to the NASD OTC Market.
Air Liquide is the world leader in gases for industry, health and the environment. The Group offers innovative solutions based on constantly enhanced technologies and produces air gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, rare gases…) and many other gases including hydrogen.

In a related market development, NASD welcomed a new Participating Institution “Tyndale Securities Limited” to the OTC market.

The Participating Institution (PI) satisfactorily meets the requirements to become a member of the NASD OTC market, according to the NASD OTC plc which also advised all investors that they can complete their transactions through their Participating Institutions. Tyndale Securities Limited brings the number of Participating Institutions on the NASD OTC Market to 117.
