Unity Kapital Assurance approves resignation of MD, CFO

The board of Unity Kapital Assurance has approved the resignation of the company’s managing director and chief financial officer.

 

 

The board says that the resignation of Olugbenga Olasogba as Chief Financial Officer and Michael Dogo as Managing Director is with immediate effect.
