The Director of Special Projects at Ministry of Finance, Mohammed Dikwa has said that a total of N50 billion has been saved following the continuous audit process of federal workers across Nigeria.

He said that over 43,000 ghost workers have been weeded out of the the Federal Government’s payroll.

Dikwa further promised that the government would continue to work towards reducing wastage in the system.
