President Muhammadu Buhari is conspicuously absent at an ongoing emergency Federal Executive Council meeting, to review the details of the 2016 budget.
The meeting is being presided over by Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, with heads of all Ministries and Parastatals in attendance, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The meeting was called to review the details of the 2016 appropriation bill transmitted to the President by the National Assembly yesterday .
