He said the company is interested in economic development of Nigeria and Africa.
Further speaking at the unveiling of the products, Konga’s Director of Fulfilment Operations; Wale Adisa said “Keep On Shipping was developed to improve delivery capabilities of any item  and grow the ecosystem by opening up Konga’s ability to deliver promptly and in good condition to corporate bodies, e-commerce and individuals.”
He said the KOS has outlets that will provide corporate bodies courier services. According to him, the company has spent a lot of resources building its delivery network. “
This quick delivery service that Konga customers have enjoyed over the last years is now been opened up to other customers, Wale said reiterating that when people therefore think of Konga they will think Online, e-commerce, Retail Company. “What we are saying today is that Konga is growing beyond the Konga.com, we are now a company that offers more services to Nigerians”
Wale said when Konga started business, the idea was to build a platform that allows people to buy anywhere in the country and the firm started by using third party logistics companies.
He said the company later built Konga express which grew rapidly and it covered the whole country and it was able to deliver goods across the country. “We told ourselves that if we can do this for Konga , we can  deepen the ecosystem and we therefore opened our delivery capability by coming up with KOS built to handle all sorts of items for any customer across the country”.
Konga began operations as a first party retailer investing in inventory and infrastructure to support the birth of ecommerce in the region. The company has now evolved to become Nigeria’s most vibrant online marketplace with close to 30,000 merchants registered and selling on the platform.
