Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited, a major player in the downstream sector of the oil and gas Industry says it is committed to actively raise the standard of the quality of service in the downstream value chain operation with the launch of a new mega station in Lagos.

Peter Ubah, Chief Executive Officer, Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited while speaking on some of the strategies to be deployed by the company to achieve the set target, at the launch of a new mega station in Lagos said as a customer centric value brand, the new retail outlet has the features to provide a 24 hours fuel.

“The dispensing pumps have a provision to service customers at night without the need of a third party. There is also a point of sale (POS) receipt terminals to make payment easy”, he said.

According to him, “Beyond playing in the retail outlet by providing service stations for end users, we are also involved in bulk sales of petroleum products and hauling. So from both the supply and distribution value chain, we have the Pinnacle brand represented”

On the capacity of the new station, Ubah assures that the station boost of over five hundred liters capacity which will eliminate the issue of having a down time in the retail outlet stressing that customers are not going to be sold petrol beyond the controlled price.

He further said that there is zero tolerance for disparity. We have petrol attendants that ensure that customers are professionally served which goes to show that Pinnacle oil and Gas limited understand that customers are the fulcrum for our successful growth”.

The Ceo observed that the oil and gas sector particularly the downstream is quite an interesting sub sector suggesting that there is still room for improvement adding that Pinnacle brand driven by excellent service has so much to contribute in that sector.” We want to set the pace and blaze the trail in term of service, integrity, honesty indeed we want to build sustainable brand that we can all make reference to as a great brand” he added.
