Adebayo Shittu, minister of communications, recently visited the head office of Sidmach Technologies Nigeria Limited, an indigenous software development company, where he commended the company for making tremendous contributions across the education, youth and other sectors of the Nigerian economy.
Accompanied by his entourage, Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) executive members and other notable personalities in the Nigerian IT industry, Shittu said: “I am very pleased to be in Sidmach, and I appreciate the fact that the company is making tremendous contributions across the education, youth and other sectors of the economy.”
Peter Arogundade, managing director, Sidmach Technologies Nigeria Limited, in his welcome address, said it was a rare privilege to host the minister, saying the organisation was established over two decades ago and had grown to become a leading software development company in Nigeria.
“Sidmach is steered by a group of qualified and highly experienced Nigerians who are committed to providing quality, professional, customised and timely service to clients. The company has successfully executed several projects of high-level and of national importance in Nigeria,” he said.
