Cynosure Realty has held its maiden Stakeholders’ Roundtable in Abuja, bringing together professionals, business leaders and industry stakeholders to discuss partnerships, growth and opportunities in Nigeria’s real estate sector.

The event took place on July 11, 2026, at Hall 1, Novare Central Mall, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, under the theme, “The Maiden: Partnerships that Build Legacy.” It also marked the unveiling of the company’s new project location in Gwarimpa.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of Cynosure Realty Ltd and Convener of the Cynosure Stakeholders Roundtable, Micheal Okuboye, said the gathering marked the beginning of a new phase for the company.
“This maiden stakeholders’ roundtable marks the beginning of stronger, more intentional partnerships that will define our legacy,” Okuboye said. “We brought together stakeholders from different industries to align on shared goals and explore opportunities that create lasting impact.”

The roundtable featured discussions on collaboration across industries, project presentations, networking sessions and interactive engagements. Participants also exchanged ideas on issues affecting the real estate sector and explored ways organisations can work together to achieve shared goals.

Among those in attendance were Managing Partner of Law Corridor, Henry Kelechukwu Eni-Otu; author of Understanding FCT Land Systems, Nanfe Gambo; Professor of Accounting at Nile University Abuja, Uthman Bukola; and Director of Grey Boulders Ltd, Efana Henshaw.
A major part of the event was the unveiling of Cynosure Realty’s new project in Gwarimpa, Abuja. According to Okuboye, the development reflects the company’s plans to expand its presence in the Federal Capital Territory.
“The unveiling of our new location in Gwarimpa represents our commitment to expanding quality real estate offerings in strategic areas of Abuja. This project is a testament to the trust our stakeholders have placed in us,” he said.

The event also featured a raffle draw and games. Participants won prizes including a refrigerator, television, mobile phone, air fryers, microwave ovens and cash rewards.

Okuboye said the giveaways were intended to recognise the support the company has received from its stakeholders.
“The raffle draw and gifting were our way of appreciating our stakeholders for their continuous support,” he said. “Seeing the joy on the face of the winners of the new fridge and other recipients made the day even more memorable.”

He added that the event reflected the company’s commitment to its guiding principle.
“Events like this reinforce our tagline – Building Together, Lasting Forever. We are not just developing properties; we are building relationships and legacies that will outlive us.”

Stakeholders at the event welcomed the initiative and expressed interest in future editions of the roundtable, describing it as a platform for dialogue and collaboration.

Closing the event, Okuboye reaffirmed the company’s direction. “This is just the beginning. We remain committed to delivering exceptional value through strategic partnerships and innovative real estate solutions,” he said.

The maiden Stakeholders’ Roundtable forms part of Cynosure Realty’s efforts to strengthen engagement with partners while expanding its real estate projects across Abuja.
