Kemsan Construction, a subsidiary of Kemsan Group, has said that the company was poised to expand access to premium housing while creating sustainable investment opportunities in the growing real estate market.

Speaking at the launch, Kemsan Court, a new residential estate in Ibadan, Oyo State said that it was part of the company’s commitment to providing quality housing while meeting the growing demand for modern residential accommodation in the city.

Oluwaseun Owoseni, managing director/chief executive officer of Kemsan Group, speaking at the unveiling said that the company’s strategy is to provide premium houses for the people and close the housing deficit in the country.
Owoseni, who described the project as the city’s largest apartment noted, “Kemsan Court is a larger and more ambitious project designed to deliver comfort, security, convenience and long-term value for both homeowners and real estate investors.”

Located beside Kolapo Ishola Estate, the estate offers access to major parts of the city, including Iwo Road and key commercial centres.

The development comprises one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments targeted at families, young professionals and investors seeking residential and investment opportunities.

Owoseni said that the estate would feature amenities such as CCTV surveillance, a children’s playground, ample parking space, Wi-Fi connectivity, 24-hour power supply, home automation systems, treated water supply, street lighting, a relaxation centre and an internal road network.
The company said subscriptions for Kemsan Court have commenced and invited prospective homeowners and investors to take advantage of the development.
