Zularich Properties has handed over completed homes to buyers at Zularich Residences Phase 2 as part of its expansion along the Lekki-Epe corridor in Lagos State. During the handover ceremony, the company also introduced a new housing development, Zularich Signature, which it says will add to the supply of homes in the state.
The event took place at the Zularich Residences Phase 2 estate on Monastery Road, Sangotedo, where subscribers officially received the keys to their homes. The completed estate, commissioned in November 2025, is a gated residential development comprising two-bedroom glass houses, two-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom terrace duplexes.
The company said the Sangotedo corridor continues to attract investors because of infrastructure development, increasing commercial activity, rental demand and rising property values.
Speaking at the ceremony, JohnPaul Enemuoh, Chief Executive Officer of Zularich Properties, described the occasion as an important milestone for the company, noting that it marked the completion of its second residential project in the Sangotedo area.
“Today we are proud to be handing over the keys of these magnificent structures to our amiable subscribers. They already see that their money is working for them, they can testify that the trust placed on our brand is a good one, because we keep to our words and promises. This is a dream come true for our subscribers.”
Enemuoh also unveiled the prototype for the company’s next housing development, Zularich Signature. According to him, construction on the project is nearing the halfway stage, with the estate expected to be launched into the market within the next few months.
“The Zularich Signature is a fully automated home. It’s a smart home consisting of 3-bedroom terrace duplexes with BQ, fully solar powered, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) configured home. It’s a home that can communicate with you and understand your native language. This masterpiece is the first of its kind in this corridor, and it’s located very close to our phase 1,” he said.
The President of the Billionaire Realtors Group (BRG), Emmanuel Abikoye, said the completion and delivery of the project would help strengthen confidence in the real estate sector by demonstrating that developers can deliver on their commitments.
“When we are handing over houses, and delivering on promises to all our subscribers, we also need to make a whole lot of noise about it, so they can see we still have credible developers that still exist in the real estate sector. On behalf of the leadership of BRG, and over 120,000 realtors, I want to say a big congratulations to the MD/CEO of Zularich Properties,” he said.
Also speaking at the event, BRG Portfolio Manager, Laide Okubena, thanked subscribers for choosing the development, saying home ownership represents more than acquiring a property.
“We are not just handing over keys to houses, we are handing over keys to new chapters, secure futures, and the joy of home ownership. You are the reason we do what we do. Thank you for trusting us with one of the most significant investments in your life,” Okubena stated.
One of the new homeowners, Kolawole, who purchased a four-bedroom terrace duplex, said the company supported him throughout the buying process, particularly as the purchase was financed through a bank loan.
“I like the fact they are genuine and real because I did this with the financing of a bank, and they were patient unlike other property sellers. They showed empathy and understood that some buyers might need to finance it through bank loans,” he said.
