The management of Hi-Impact planet, an amusement park has announced its investment portfolio to be in excess of N6b and its capability to employ over two thousand Nigerians.
Speaking at its office in Lagos Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State, Prince Adeyanju Lipede, Chairman, Solution Media and Infotech, the parent company of Hi-impact disclosed that some of the rides are in excess of N500m and on the larger scale will train and employ people all in the bid to generate employments for Nigerians.
According to him, “More rides and structures will be put in place to make it a world class amusement park, knowing that the biggest businesses in the world is in entertainment, either in football, music or film acting, they are still the highest paid in the world, including Amusement park.”
He disclosed that employment opportunities given out at the park spreads across the areas of maintenance, security, accommodation amongst others, adding that they had excelled in the United Kingdom and Africa.
“You can’t find any other place in Sub-Sahara Africa that is as good as this place. In terms of the rides, facilities, services and security we provide, none can be like this. It has enhanced the value of this area and it is going to be the reference point in the next one year,” he added.
Rufai Ladipo, Chief Executive Officer, Agile Communication and Marketing Consultant Hi-Impact planet said the concept was borne out of the realization that the niche for children entertainment is largely un-catered for, adding that this need led to establishing the high impact for creative kids, a creatively based competition for school children and seeking to reward and encourage creativity in children within the school system.
Ladipo revealed that the park sits on 185,000sqm and has the capacity to host approximately 125,000people daily, which represents the largest entertainment gathering of fun lovers at the same place in Nigeria.
“With wide array of thrilling outdoor rides and exciting indoor games many of which are award winning 2015 games and manufactured to the highest European and North American safety and technical standards, HIP is poised to revolutionize the game industry in West Africa. Its ride are sourced from world acclaimed European and North American manufacturers,” he further disclosed.
He assured that there will also be a new game every quarter at the planet to ensure continued innovation and more fun for regular and unique visitors to the park.
Other side attractions include the food court, luxury studio, two bedroom and 5-bedroom semi-detached apartments, redemption games and souvenir joints are also situated at the park to ensure a pleasurable and memorable visit.
Several financial institutions Wema bank, First bank, Eco bank and Skye bank amongst others have partnered to make the concept a huge success.
