Pathway Advisors Limited, the lead issuing house and financial Advisors said that Dimension Data SPV Funding Plc Series 1 Corporate Bond issuance of up to N5 billion is now open for subscription.

The bond offer is under Dimension Data SPV Funding Plc N20 billion Bond Programme. The offer will be executed by way of Book Build and is scheduled to close on Monday, June 29, 2026.

The proceeds from the corporate bond issuance will be deployed towards strategic investments in fiber network expansion, capacity enhancement, and service quality improvement.

These investments will strengthen the infrastructure underpinning Nigeria’s rapidly growing fintech ecosystem, enterprise connectivity requirements, and broader digital economy.

The offer presents investors with an opportunity to participate in the growth of a critical infrastructure sector with strong long-term demand fundamentals and increasing relevance to Nigeria’s digital transformation agenda.

The proceeds from the bond issuance are intended to support strategic investments in fiber network expansion, capacity enhancement, and quality service delivery.

This will bolster the critical infrastructure supporting Nigeria’s broader fintech, enterprise connectivity, and digital ecosystems. It also offers investors access to a sector poised for sustained long-term growth.
