4.Always follow up on your clients. This you can do through several ways such as writing, personal visits, e.t.c., The earlier, the better! Remember, it is a wide wild world. Your customers today could belong to another tomorrow. You must work hard to gain and retain them.
5.Remember, a sense of humor remains an important communication tool. However everyone must not be the “funny guy,”. Your best bet is to keep it simple and shot. Keep your words clear and easy to be understood. Avoid offensive jokes too.
