Laddar Africa has launched a cloud-based business communication platform, Laddar Voice, aimed at helping businesses improve customer engagement, operational visibility, and team accountability.

The company said the platform enables organizations to manage inbound and outbound customer communication through a centralized system that provides real-time monitoring, call tracking, and AI-powered communication insights.

Speaking on the launch, the company stated that many businesses continue to rely on fragmented communication processes and personal phone lines to manage customer interactions, resulting in limited visibility and inconsistent service delivery.

According to the company, Laddar Voice was developed to provide businesses with a more structured communication infrastructure capable of supporting sales, customer service, collections, and operational teams across multiple locations.

Features of the platform include dedicated business phone numbers, call recording, centralized conversation logs, live call monitoring, performance tracking, and remote team support capabilities.

The company noted that the solution is particularly relevant as businesses increasingly adopt hybrid and remote work models that require flexible cloud-based communication systems.

Laddar Africa added that the platform would support organisations across sectors including financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, retail, outsourcing, and customer support operations.
