Jose Mourinho has reportedly outlined a series of strict conditions for a possible return to Real Madrid following talks with club president Florentino Pérez.
According to Spanish outlet Sport.es, the Portuguese manager presented five major demands during discussions over a potential comeback to the Santiago Bernabéu.

Foremost among Mourinho’s conditions is a guaranteed two-year contract, with the former Madrid boss reportedly seeking greater long-term stability and autonomy in any future role.
The report also claims Mourinho wants the departure of renowned fitness coach Antonio Pintus, a demand that has reportedly generated debate within the club hierarchy.
In addition, the former AS Roma manager is said to have insisted on complete control over sporting decisions, with no interference from club executives in team affairs.
Mourinho has also reportedly requested a complete restructuring of Real Madrid’s medical department, expressing concerns about the club’s current handling of player injuries and rehabilitation processes.
Another notable demand involves reducing his media obligations. According to the report, Mourinho wants a press officer to assume responsibility for some media appearances, allowing him to avoid attending every press conference.
The move is believed to stem from Mourinho’s previous turbulent relationship with sections of the Spanish media during his first spell at Real Madrid between 2010 and 2013.
During that period, Mourinho guided the club to a La Liga title, a Copa del Rey triumph and a Supercopa de España crown, while restoring Madrid’s competitiveness at the European level.
It remains unclear whether Real Madrid are willing to accept the Portuguese coach’s conditions.
