Liverpool midfielder Ryan Gravenberch has signed a new long-term contract to keep him at the club until 2032.

Gravenberch joined the Reds from Bayern Munich for £34.2m in 2023 and has since become an integral member of the squad, making 123 appearances across all competitions.

His previous contract was due to expire in 2028.

“We’re delighted to announce that Ryan Gravenberch has today signed a new long-term contract with the Reds,” the club wrote on its official social media handle.

The 23-year-old Dutch international started in all but one of Liverpool’s Premier League games on their way to securing a 20th league title last season, featuring in 36 games across all competitions with 10 goals to his name.

Last season he was heavily involved in Liverpool’s Premier League winning campaign, and was also included in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year.

“For the short term, [my aim is to] end the season as good as possible,” Gravenberch told Liverpool’s media team.
