According to him, Bayero is to hand over the management of the NPA and all government property in his possession to Habibu Abdullahi who has been reinstated as Managing Director of the NPA by Buhari.

Adesina said President Buhari wished Bayero well in his future endeavours.

Former President Goodluck Jonathan had, in the twilight of his administration, replaced Abdullahi with Bayero as NPA Managing Director.
