Henrietta (Hetty) Ugboh is the founder and managing director of Norwiche Limited, an organisation that specialises in providing consultancy services for business organisations as well as providing training and mentoring to individuals and organisations with a view to achieving financial literacy goals. These include knowledge of financial statements, personal financial planning, enterprise risk management and leadership.

Prior to her founding Norwiche Limited, Hetty worked at Citibank for 30 years, where she gained wide ranging banking experience with special emphasis in corporate and investment banking, credit & risk management amongst others.

She is an accomplished senior banker with extensive relationship, credit & risk management experience, and was responsible for portfolios covering key sectors of the Nigerian economy including public sector, oil & gas, telecoms, metals & mines, manufacturing and other FMCGs.

Hetty built up a track record of high integrity, leadership capabilities and accomplishments, and is determined to make a positive impact by transforming the community within her sphere of influence by providing the right values, through the use of key skills in financial management, risk management and leadership for entrepreneurship development.

This has led her to become a financial literacy trainer and an independent certified coach, teacher, trainer and speaker with the John Maxwell Leadership Team for achieving financial literacy and entrepreneurship development.

She is an honorary senior member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA), member, GAIA Africa, member, Institute of Directors (IOD), Associate, Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), member of the WIMBIZ Board Mentoring Committee and member, Rising Tide Africa, a group of women Angel Investors focused on raising seed capital for start-up companies.

Ugboh is a graduate of Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin-City (1987), an MBA from ESUT Business School (1998) and an Executive Management Program (GMP) at the Harvard Business School, Boston (2009).

She currently serves on the following boards: Investment One Financial Services (a SEC regulated company) as an independent non-executive director, Harvard Business School Association of Nigeria, as a Board member, Hettmond International Limited as a non-executive director, a company involved in the importation and supply of animal nutrition products and additives to manufacturers in the agricultural value chain, and also a Not for Profit Board, as Chairman Board Of Trustees.
