From paying her way through school with a meager N3000 she was earning as an office assistant, Nancy Nnadi has since evolved into the CEO of multi-million naira businesses.

The telecoms distribution company Agunancy Nig. Ltd (known as Gidco Telecoms), which she founded 14years ago, is a leading dealer with the top 3 telecommunications companies in Nigeria.

Few years ago, she had made all the mistakes in the book, including blindly investing, to piling on debt, and giving credit without due diligence.

But today, she has come from that financial drought to financial abundance, thriving in an industry with stiff competition. That’s how she knows that anyone can succeed.

“Having bounced back from all these as CEO of multimillion naira businesses, I can tell you without a doubt, that any business that is not properly structured is losing money and will eventually go bankrupt if left unchecked.” She said.

Today, she is on a mission to increase the number of successful and healthy businesses in Africa, one entrepreneur at a time, hence the birth of The Nancy Nnadi Academy.

Nancy is a recipient of the MTN Star prize of a KIA Truck worth N5.5m in 2012 and the best MTN sub-trade partner (STP) in Lagos- by surpassing her sales target with over 200%.

Her mission is simple, to raise wealthy entrepreneurs, which will, in turn, lead to the creation of more businesses and invariably, jobs for people.

Through her business structure and finance coaching, she helps entrepreneurs go from scarcity to abundance using her signature courses.

She recently released her newest eBook titled ‘5 Wallets System’, which is a revolutionary approach to managing your personal finance.

She continues to spread this message of inspiration and intentional action through various platforms, and inspiring entrepreneurs to do business diligently, intelligently, and ethically.

She has received several awards and recognitions, most recently is the business coach of the year award 2020 by The Entrepreneur Award (TEA). She was also featured as one of the 10 Wealth & Finance experts to watch out for in 2021 by Yahoo Finance.

She is the chairperson of the Enterprise Risk and Management Committee, a member of the board of directors of Cititrust Financial Services Group PLC, and also a member of First Guarantee Healthcare Limited.

She is an alumnus of the Lagos State University, Global Leadership Network, Women on Board Institute of WIMBIZ and Innocent-minds Consulting Limited among others.

Nancy is happily married to Godspower Nnadi and they are blessed with 3 amazing kids.
