The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a motion challenging the suspension of Walter Onnoghen, former chief justice of Nigeria (CJN).
The motion which was filed by the Rivers State government following the suspension of the former CJN by an order of the Code of Conduct Tribunal. The apex court said it lacked jurisdiction to entertain the matter filed the Rivers State government.
