Fine and Country along with the Real Estate Leaders Network and the Institute of Real Estate Excellence (IREE) hosts the 2018 edition of the annual Refined Investor Series.
The CEO of Fine & Country West Africa, Udo Okonjo explained that this year’s theme; ‘Collaborating for New heights & National development’ was conceived to produce high level industry discourses that will significantly improve the knowledge, performance & results of real estate stakeholders & participants.
Udo Okonjo says “the RIS 2018 seeks to garner diverse industry knowledge to enhance real estate industry insights & proffer solutions which will have a direct influence on the real estate sector & its players across the value chain. This year’s RIS will adopt a multi-sector and related stakeholder approach, drawing case studies from Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Finance, Legal etc. We expect that by providing a platform for stakeholders to connect & discuss- leaders and real estate stakeholders will be inspired to new heights and new opportunities in the years ahead.’’
She further stated that “The annual Refined Investor Series is a real estate thought leadership gathering of astute high net-worth investors, economic influencers, real estate developers, industry leaders and real estate enthusiasts- the multi sector approach this year will consolidate last year’s edition which held in London, UK aptly themed; taking Nigeria to the world.”
Since its inception, the annual RIS has hosted over 800 private investors and notable key speakers including Mr. Jim Ovia, Chairman of Zenith Bank, Mr. Atedo Peterside, Dr. Myma Belo Osagie, Mr. Dan Agbor both of Udo Udoma and Belo Osagie, Dr. Fabian Ajogwu SAN, and the British Trade Department Envoy, while the 2017 edition hosted at the prestigious Landmark Hotel in London in 2017 under the chairmanship of His Excellency, former Governor Mr. Peter Obi had in attendance industry leaders, leading diaspora professionals and entrepreneurs.
The RIS 2018 (Click www.fineandcountry.ng/ris to see more) holding on the 4th of December will feature a policy panel, private sector panel, a gender segment which will tackle collaborating for inclusion & real estate ownership and the highlight of the conference will be the joint venture roundtable which aims to bring to fore real industry case studies with the strong objective to identify lessons, tenets & strategies for creating more successful real estate joint ventures which will, in turn, improve economic & industry growth.
