The National Working Committee (NWC) of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has approved the nomination of party members to serve on the screening appeal panel.
The panel is mandated to consider appeals arising from the screening of all aspirants for the upcoming 2020 governorship election in Ondo State.
Austin Akobundu, national organising secretary, announced the composition of members on Sunday.
He said the committee is chaired by Gyang Istifanus Dung, with Uzoma Abonta as secretary.
Other members are Dayo Ogungbenro, Austine Umahi, Dan Orbih, GT Kataps, Theophilus Daka Shan, Ibrahim Kazaure, Kola Balogun, Bolanle Ogundiran, Rimafe Swawulu K, Hajiya Hassana Diko, and Christine Akpan.
The panel will meet on Monday at the PDP national secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja.
