Cancellations
When can I cancel? You may change or cancel your subscription at any time. To change or cancel your subscription, please contact Customer Service at 012799101. We do not accept cancellations by mail, email, or by any other means.
Refunds
Are refunds available? For Monthly SubscriptionsWhen cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, however your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.

I would like to subscribe, but I get an error when entering my email address?If you would like to subscribe using an already registered email address, please select the ‘Sign In’ option on the order page.
