The Supreme Court, Tuesday, affirmed the election of Samuel Ortom as the validly elected governor of Benue State.
The 7-man panel of justices headed Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, in a unanimous decision, upheld the election of governor Ortom.
The panel dismissed the petition of Emmanuel Jime of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
