Oladeji-Johnbrown gets international appointment

Akin Oladeji-Johnbrown has been appointed as a founding member of the Board Advisory Committee (BAC) in one of the largest Condominium in Canada- The ICE Condominiums with over 1343 apartments in downtown of the City of Toronto, Ontario.

With the appointment, Oladeji will join other BAC members to create a more collaborative and proactive environment with ICE, investors, owners and residents to develop environmental and community-based activities for the benefits of all stakeholders.

Other responsibilities will include holding regular meetings to collect community feedback and escalate important issues to the board, facilitation of communication between the Board of Directors and investors, procure feedback from owners regarding improvements and to ensure the expectation of the community are met.

Prior to this appointment Oladeji served and currently hold the following positions on board of some other corporations in Canada amongst which are Director, Toronto Standard Condo Corps 2279 (now St Regis Residences Toronto), and President- Peel Standard Condo Corp 826Grand and Ultra Ovation.

He brings to the BAC over 30years leadership and hands-on international experience in investment banking, public policy and property markets in Canada, USA, UK and Nigeria and his varied knowledge will be invaluable to activities of BAC as contemplated.

Until recently, Oladeji was an executive Director Financial Services and Treasury in former Trans International Bank Plc, non-executive director Trustfunds Pensions Plc and currently Group non-executive Vice Chairman of FB Services Group.

Oladeji has degrees in Business, Finance and Economics, and he is a PhD holder.
