The foreign exchange market on Monday resumed with the dollar selling at N380/$ in some areas of Lagos.
With strong bargaining power, one can buy the dollar at the rate of N377 at Eko hotel and Festac areas of Lagos State. But in Apapa, it is trading at N380 per dollar.
Naira exchanged at N410 per dollar last week on increased demand but later strengthened after the CBN ruled out any possibility of currency devaluation.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is holding a press conference Monday afternoon.
