The medical screening exercise for candidates in the ongoing 2022 Police Constable Recruitment has commenced at designated centres across the 17 Police Zonal Headquarters in the country.
According to a statement issued by Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the Nigerian Police Force public relations officer, on Thursday, the screening exercise, which began on February 26, will run until March 12, 2025.
The statement also reminded candidates that the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the recruitment was conducted on March 5–6, 2024. While the first batch of successful applicants has already been called for training, other candidates who participated in the CBT are advised to check their application status.

Applicants are urged to log on to the recruitment portal, apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng, to confirm their status and print their invitation slips.
“Recall that Computer-Based Test (CBT) held on 5th – 6th March, 2024, and the first batch of successful applicants were called-up for training. Other candidates who participated in the CBT are hereby advised to log on to the recruitment portal apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng to check their application status and print invitation slip,” the statement reads in part.
