Engagements with property owners that will be affected by the construction of the coastal road will commence next week Wednesday, David Umahi, the Minister of Works, has said.

According to him, this will be the first phase in the determination of compensation for affected property owners.
“We will engage every owner property by property from next week Wednesday. However, shanties will not be considered,” he said.
